【摘要】 目的了解人工肛门病人生活质量与社会支持的相关性,探讨提高病人生活质量的有效途径。方法应用社会支持评定量表和世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表,对62例结(直)肠癌根治人工肛门术出院0.5～5.0年的病人进行问卷调查。结果病人的生活质量与社会支持呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 良好的社会支持有利于人工肛门病人生活质量的提高,护理人员可通过增加社会支持来提高病人的生活质量及指导其提高对社会支持的利用度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between life quality and social support of the patients with man-made anus and the effective strategy for improving life quality of the patients. Methods By using society support re-marking form and World Health Organization Life Quality Determining Brief Form, 62 patients with man-madeanus because of colorectal carcinoma radical operation, who were discharged from hospital from 0.5 to 5 years,were investigate by a questionnaire. Results There was a positive correlation between the life quality of patientswith man-made anus and social support (P<0.05). Conclusion Society support can improve the life quality of thepatients with man-made anus. Nurses can improve the life quality of the patients by increasing society support,and meanwhile instructing the patients how to take advantage of the society support.更多还原
