【摘要】 目的探讨日常生活事件对护士的负面影响 ,为护理人性化管理提供科学依据。方法采用生活事件量表(LES)对 177名护士进行问卷调查。结果LES评分 2 0分及以上有 5 2人 [2 9.38% ,均分 (33.6 5± 13.2 2 ) ],居于较高水平。 4 8项生活事件中住房紧张、工作学习压力大等 7项反应频数列 1～ 7位 ,其中住房紧张 ,低年龄组明显高于高年龄组 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ;工作学习压力 ,初级职称、低年龄组护士显著大于中级职称组及高年龄组 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ;大专及以上学历护士组晋升提级的影响明显高于中专组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;生活规律重大变化对轮班护士影响大于白班护士组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论日常生活事件对护士有较大影响 ,其中与生活、学习、工作直接相关的项目影响最为突出 ;建议加强科学管理 ,为护士提供社会支持 ,以减轻日常生活事件对护士的负面影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of the life events on nurses, and provide the science evidence for nursing humanized management. Methods 177 nurses who were selected from 2 hospitals at random were investigated with life event scale (LES) and the results and data of the survey were analyzed by SPSS10.0 software package. Results There was significant difference in the effects of the life events (such as promotion, life press, shift etc.) on the nurses with different age, positions, diplomas (P<0.05 respectively). Conclusion The daily life affairs have the important influence on nurses, especially the items directly related to life, study, work. The study suggests that enhancing scientific management, offering the social support and promoting the nurse’s qualities are effective measures to alleviate the negative effects of life events.更多还原
