【摘要】 目的 探讨家庭健康教育对出院精神分裂症病人疾病复发的影响。方法 对108例精神分裂症病人按出院先后顺序分为观察组(56例)和对照组(52例),观察组出院后实行有计划的健康教育;对照组仅采用预约门诊、复诊和电视随访,不做专门健康指导。结果 2年内观察组疾病复发9例(16.1％),对照组20例(38.5％),两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);2年间两组ITAQ、BPRS、GAS评分比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01);多因素分析结果表明,家庭健康教育是影响精神分裂症复发的主要因素。结论 家庭健康教育对促进出院精神分裂症病人康复具有积极的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of family healthy education on recurrence of discharged schizophreniacs. Methods Acarding to a total of consecutive cases schizophrenia were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group were subjected to scheduled healthy education, while control group didn’t receive special healthy education. Results Within 2 years, there were 9 cases of relapsed schizophrenia in observation group (16. 1 %) , while there were 20 cases in control group (38. 5 %), with the difference being very significant between the two groups (P<0. 01). There was very significant difference in ITAQ, BPRS, GAS scores between two groups (P<0. 01). Multiple factor analysis revealed that the family healthy education was the main factor for recurrence of schizophrenia. Conclusion Family healthy education might play an important role in promoting the rehabilitation of discharged schizophrenia patients.更多还原
