【摘要】 目的 探讨三度空间护理模型(下简称模型)的临床应用效果。方法 将152例前列腺电汽化术后病人随机分为观察组和对照组各76例,对照组按术后常规进行护理,观察组按护理模型进行护理,即将病人的术后自护成熟度分为4个层次以不同的方式进行护理。于病人出院3个月后进行前列腺症状(IPSS)和生活质量(QOL)评分。结果IPSS、QOL优良率分别为93.4％、94.7％,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 模型的应用能系统确定病人存在的自护缺陷,明确护理人员与病人的角色关系,使整个护理过程围绕病人的自护缺陷展开,提高了康复护理效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of three-dimensional nursing model in rehabilitation nursing. Methods The recipients subject to electro-vaporization of prostate were divided into 4 groups according to the postoperative self-nursing maturity receiving different rehabilitaiton nursing cares. IPSS and QOL scores of prostate symptoms and signs were evaluated 3 months after discharged from hospital. Results The average of IPSS and QOL scores were respectively 93. 4 % and 94.7 % , significantly different from those in the control group (routine nursing) , P<0. 05. Conclusion The application of the model is helpful to understand the patients’ self-nursing insufficiency and the relationship between the patients and the nursing group so as to give systematical nursing according to insufficiency and upgrade the nursing quality.更多还原
