【Abstract】 In project constructions, both supervision and design units are subject to many risks.Emphasis on the management of risks is therefore necessary.Among others,insurance is an effective means of transferring risks.According to international regulations,supervision engineers, and designers are supposed to have their professional responsibility insured.This article introduces the ideas of insurance concerning professional responsibility and specialty responsibility, illustrate the importance of the engagement in professional and special insurance on the part of supervision and design units, and by referring to some practices concerning insurance in such lines popular in foreign countries, offers policies and strategies to implement our professional and special insurance.更多还原
