双J管在上尿路手术中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨双J管在尿路手术中的置管方法、适应症及并发症的防治。方法:于1995年7月～2002年10月对138例上尿路疾病患者应用双J管作内支架内引流,留管时间1～8个月,特别是采用美蓝生理盐水充盈膀胱定位法能确定双J管是否置入膀胱。结果:双J管引流可靠,无漏尿、感染等并发症,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,缩短住院时间。结论:双J管具有使用方便,并发症少等优点,宜推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Research in method of lay aside of Double tube in the operation of Upper Urethra and prevention and cure of adaptive and syndrome symptom. Method: In the period of July, 1995 to October ,2002 adopt double J tube to drainage as inside bracket with 138 cases , treated time went on 1 to 8 months, especially adopt the orientation methods on Meilan physiological saline solution to permeated urinary ladder to confirm if that Double ] tube put in urinary ladder. Results : The method about Double J tube to conduct is credibility and haven ’ t syndrome symptom on leakage infection. Ml Cuts can heal up on the expectant time, therefore can shorten the time of sufferer staying in hospital. Conclusion: Double ] tube possess the advantage of convenience in use and can reduce syndrome symptom , suggest to popularize use.更多还原
