高性能混凝土在伊犁特克斯河恰甫其海水利枢纽工程中的应用
The application of HPC in Teks river Qapuqiha water conservancy project of Xinjiang
【摘要】 本文用当地32 5普通硅酸盐水泥掺Ⅰ级粉煤灰与优质外加剂配制的大流动度高性能混凝土,不仅解决了该工程的抗硫酸盐侵蚀与抗冻、抗渗等耐久性,而且为工程节约资金数千万元;用当地42 5硅酸盐水泥与硅粉、粉煤灰并掺入膨胀剂、高效减水剂配制的大流动度、高强、高密实性、微膨胀补偿收缩混凝土,对减少混凝土裂缝与抗冲磨提供了优质配合比。2000年已竣工的527m导流洞与正在浇筑的300m冲砂洞仅发现二条长3m左右的微细裂缝;底板抗磨层C60高强混凝土仅发现若干条微细裂缝,但未发现一条有害裂缝,说明本工程所采用的混凝土配合比与施工技术都是成功的。
【Abstract】 In this article,we using P.O32.5 cement in the locality,high quality fly ash and concrete admixture produced HPC,not only resolved corrosion by sulphate and durability in concrete of this project,but also saved a lot of fund for the project.Meanwhile,we researched that the high performance compensate the constringencies concrete produced with PO425 cement,silica fume,fly ash and added expansive agent and efficient water reducer,not only reduced crevice of concrete,but also improved abrasionresistant of concrete.We didn’t found any harmful crevice in completed 300m long tunnel.
