【Abstract】 Forest and wetland ecosystems are the most important carrier in water resources conservation issues,the major impact of water resources contributed to the scale,distribution and structure of ecosystem in water and soil maintaining as well as water quality. The paper reviewed the role and function of ecosystem water resources on the basis of ecology.The ecosystem restoration and conservation has been recognized as a key route in water resources conservation by the author through assessment of ecosystem protection and restoration in Hunan Province.The process included techniques of ecosystem restoration and protection.更多还原
