【摘要】 目的:探讨与聋哑病人的交流,以提高护理质量。方法:2002年1月～2002年12月13例聋哑病人为观察组,2001年1月～2001年12月12例聋哑病人为对照组,两组一般情况无统计学差异。观察组应用手语、口语、笔谈等与病人交流,对照组按常规护理。结果:观察组与对照组相比较,住院时间明显缩短(P<0.01),护理质量显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:以手语为主与聋哑病人的交流,可提高对聋哑病人的护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To discuss the method of communication with deaf - mutes patient to improve the quality of nursing. Method: 13 deaf - mutes patients were assighed as experimental group ficm January 2002 to December 2002.12 deaf - mutes patients were assigned as control group from January 2001 to December 2001.There was no statistical difference in two groups.The hand, verbal and written language were used to communicate with patients in experimental group while routine nursing care in control group. Results:Hospitalization is shorter in experimental group than control group (P< 0.01) .The expense for the medical care had reduced and the quality of nursing care was signficantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Communication with deaf - mutes patients using hand language can benefit patients and help to improve the quality of nursing.更多还原
