【摘要】 目的:了解老年病人遵医情况,纠正遵医中的不良行为,提高老年病人生活质量。方法:对本院500例60岁及以上病人进行遵医行为调查,对影响遵医行为的诸多因素作统计学相关性分析。结果:遵医过程中存在大量问题,如生理、心理的老化;社会环境的影响;经济状况等,均影响病人遵医行为。结论:详细护理评估、健全社区老年保健、提倡全社会关怀老人等是改善老年病人遵医行为的重要环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discover the facts of the following the medical order in the elderly patients, in order to correct the bad habits or behavior and to improve the quality of life in these patients. Method: 500 patients over age 60 were investigated for the fact of following the medical order and the factors infected patients’ behavior was statistical analyzed. Results: There is a lot of factors such as physical, psychological , social environment effects and economic situation were healthy care for the elderly people and promote caring for elderly people are the important way to improve elderly patients’ behavior of following medical order.更多还原
