【摘要】 研究了奶牛乳房炎发泡药剂的制备方法及其质量控制标准。该药剂是以碳酸氢钠和枸橼酸作发泡剂 ,研制药物的发泡量为原药液体积的 8～ 12倍 ,经动物乳房给药试验证实 ,该药剂安全、无刺激性 ,在乳腺内分布效果明显优于常规剂型 ,室温保存有效期为 2年更多还原

【Abstract】 In the trial,the preparing method and the quality control standard of bovine mastitis foaming pharmaceuticals were study.The foaming agents is sodium bicarbonate and citric acid,the foamy volume is eight to twelve times as big as the volume of the foaming agents itself,the sheep were administered the medicine by mammary gland.The result shows that the medicine is nonirritant.The medicine distribution effect of in mammary gland is clearly superior to the convention pharmaceuticals.The term of validity is 2 years in room temperature.更多还原
