【摘要】 通过持续给药的方法,观察药物对在体豚鼠心电图的影响,以研究桂竹糖芥强心苷G的治疗和毒性特点.结果表明,桂竹糖芥强心苷G的心电图特征符合强心苷的治疗及中毒特征,且与k-毒毛旋花子甙相似.治疗量约在160～240μg kg之间,中毒量约在320～480μg kg之间.更多还原

【Abstract】 Studied the characteristics of toxicity of cheiranthosideg by means of continuous infusing drugs and examining the influence of cheiranthosideg.
