【摘要】 目的　建立安脑牛黄胶囊中栀子苷含量测定方法 .方法　采用C1 8柱 ,以乙腈 -水 (1 0∶90 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 38nm .结果　线性范围为 0 .1 6～ 0 .80 μg ,回收率为 99.2 5 % ,RSD为 1 .30 % .结论　该方法简便易行 ,可供安脑牛黄胶囊中栀子苷质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a HPLC method for the separation and determination of genipside in Annaoniuhuang capsules. Methods The instrument was HP-1100 with a C 18 column( 10 [FK(W+3 8mm?2mm]μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrle-water(10∶90)and the UV detection wavelength was 238 nm. Results The linear range is 0.16～0.80 [FK(W+3 8mm?2mm]μg( r =0.9998).The average recoveries and RSD were 99.25% and 1.30%.Conclusion This method is simple,and can be adopt for quality control of this drug.更多还原
