广州生活小区污水处理厂设计及运行研究
Study on design and operation management of wastewater treatment plant in Panyu
【摘要】 采用淹没式生物膜工艺的广州市某生活污水处理厂 ,自 1 998年 5月投产以来运行性能良好 ,在正常条件下出水水质BOD5为 0 7~ 1 5mg L(平均 1 1mg L) ,CODCr为 8~ 2 0mg L(平均 1 3 6mg L) ,TSS为 1 9~ 30mg L(平均 2 5mg L) ,NH3-N为 1 7~ 2 5mg L(平均 2mg L) .以该厂近 3年的实际运行为背景 ,总结了运行和管理经验 ,提出了切实可行的运行参数和管理办法 ;对在实际工作中遇到的污泥减量浮萍过度繁殖等问题进行了分析 ,并给出了解决方法
【Abstract】 Describes the design and operation of a wastewater treatment plant in Panyu,Guangdong,the plant employing submerged biofilm process achieved good performance under normal conditions in the first year operation with effluent quality of BOD 5 0 7~1 5 mg/L(1.1 mg/L in average);COD Cr 8~20 mg/L(13 6 mg/L in average);TSS 19~30 mg/L(25 mg/L in average);NH 3-N 1 7~2 5 mg/L(2 mg/L average).Grounded on the three years’ operation,which employs submerged biological membranes technology,concludes the experience of management.It provides available operating parameters and administration method.Analyzed the problem of sludge’s reduction and duckweed’s abnormal reproduction and put forward the solutions.
