低、变温下处理豆制品废水的控制参数研究

【摘要】 在低温和变温情况下 ,研究了DO作为SBR法处理豆制品废水过程中的反应时间和反应过程的控制参数。采用SBR法研究了不同曝气量、初始污泥浓度和进水COD质量浓度等条件下 ,有机物在降解过程中温度对DO变化的影响。结果表明 ,在有机物快速降解阶段环境温度的变化很大程度地影响DO的变化趋势 ;在有机物达到难降解程度时 ,DO迅速大幅度升高并稳定于某一较高值。从理论上解释了DO受温度影响的原因。提出在低温和变温情况下 ,以DO作为SBR法反应时间和反应过程的控制参数仍是可行的

【Abstract】 Under the low and variational temperature, bean products wastewaters were treated by SBR process using DO as control parameter. DO variation with temperature under the conditions of changing aeration rate, MLSS density and influent COD in the process of the organism degraded.It revealed that environment temperature effect DO density greatly in the stage of organism degraded quickly; DO went up quickly and remained stable in a higher DO range as soon as the organism can not be degraded again. Explained why DO influenced by environment temperature, put forward a proposal that it is feasible using DO as the control parameter of SBR process in low and variational temperature condition.
