维生素E琥珀酸酯的合成及抗癌活性研究
Study on synthesis and anticarcinogenic activities of Vitamin E Succinate
【摘要】 利用维生素E及琥珀酸酐在催化剂的作用下合成了维生素E琥珀酸酯。在此基础上 ,以人胃癌细胞SGC - 790 1为实验模型 ,利用MTT法观测了维生素E琥珀酸酯对其细胞生长的影响 ,并对其进行了细胞凋亡形态学观察。利用WesternBlot法检测了与调亡有关的c -Jun蛋白表达情况。研究发现 ,维生素E琥珀酸酯合成品对SGC - 790 1细胞生长具有明显的抑制作用 ,并可通过促进c -Jun蛋白表达诱导SGC - 790 1细胞凋亡
【Abstract】 Vitamin E Succinate (VES) was synthesized by reacting Vitamin E with Succinate anhydrite in the presence of catalyst. Using human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell in vitro as the experimental cell, studied the inhibitory effect of VES on cell growth with MTT method and observed the appearance of apoptotic morphological changes. And determined the expression of c-Jun by Western Blot, which is an important factor for VES-induced apoptosis.
