【Abstract】 In Sino -Belgium combine project,He ilongjiang Province Institute of Me teorological Science transfers the ad-vanced scientific research results for grain output for many years to Kin gdom of Belgium as main part of the Sin o -Belgium sci-entific and technological cooperation exchanges.Through the earlier s tage survey and study,observe and data -preparing on the spot for Belgium,the crop forecast m ode was made into software.The whole system makes the good result after th e debugging for some time and alteration.更多还原
