【Abstract】 The method of distillation only one time to measure protein in soybean milk could avoid factitious errors, moreover it was accurate and rapid. The rate of recycle was 98.11%～98.81% and standard deviation was 1.27%. There was no significant difference from the national standard method.更多还原
