【摘要】 对保存了三年多的鸡新城疫弱毒冻干疫苗(ND-C30)进行真空度检测,选择真空度符合要求和不符合要求的疫苗分别测定其病毒滴度(HA),结果,前者HA普遍比后者HA高。将ND-C30做不同倍稀释后,置于不同温度,间隔一定时间测其HA,发现10倍稀释比同条件下100倍稀释的毒价高,4 ℃冰箱保存的比16 ℃室温保存的毒价下降慢。更多还原

【Abstract】 The virus titers of ND- C30freezing-dry vaccine stored for 3 years were determined by HA test. The results showed that high quality vaccines were higher vacuum than poor quality vaccines. Different concentration of NDV was diluted and stored at the different temperature. The virus titers were tested in different time. It could be conclusion that in the same conditions, vaccines of 10хdilution had higher titer than that of 100хdilution had and the virus titers at 4 ℃ declined slower than its at 16 ℃.更多还原
