【摘要】 目的　探讨输液观察记录卡书写环节质量控制、防范护理纠纷。方法　随机抽查输液观察记录卡 2 5 0 0份 ,分成 2组 ,2 0 0 0年 12 0 0份为对照组 ,2 0 0 1年 130 0份为观察组。结果　观察输液记录书写合格率 ;不同项目书写合格率 ;书写项目不符合要求 ,出现护理纠纷等项目 ,2组经 χ2 检验 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,差异有显著性。结论　注重输液观察记录卡书写环节质量控制 ,防范护理纠纷是行之有效的方法 ,在护理工作中应予重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Probe the controlling in the annulus of writing recorder cards in the observation of perfusion to prevent the dissension between patients and nurses.Methods The random sampling of 2 500 cases of recorder cards were divided into two groups. The control group contained 1 200 cases of recorder cards written in 2000. The observation group contained 1300 cases of recorder cards written in 2001.Results The qualified ratio of the cards in observation group was higher than that of the control group remarkably. The cases of dissension in nursing arise from unqualified writing in observation group was lower than that of the control group remarkably (P<0.05).Conclusions Beware of the writing quality of recorder cards in the observation of perfusion is an effective way to prevent the dissension in nursing.
