【摘要】 目的 探讨改良泪道冲洗探针在婴儿泪囊炎中的应用效果。方法 设计并改进泪道冲洗探通探针,应用改良泪道冲洗探通探针和普通探针各治疗婴儿泪囊炎80例,并对比其治疗效果。结果 应用改良泪道冲洗探通探针一次治愈73例,二次治愈6例,治疗三次失败1例(考虑系泪道先天畸形及堵塞较重之故)。总治愈率为98.8％;普通探针组一次治愈30例,二次治愈13例,治疗三次失败33例,总的治愈56.6％。结论 采用改进的泪道探通探针作泪道冲洗探通治疗婴儿泪囊炎,不但操作简单,疗程短,而且安全、可行、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of improved Lachrymal probe in treating babies with dacryocystisis, Methods Lachrymal probe was designed and improved. 80 babies with dacryocysti-sis were treated with this new instrument, and 76 babies with the same disease were treated with ordina-ry Lachrymal probe. The clinical effects of these two groups babies with dacryocystisis were evaluated. Results 73 babies were cured only one time, 6 babies were cured within two times and only l baby failed by using the new probe. The total healing rate was 98. 8%. On the other hand, only 30 babies were cured at one time, 13 babies were cured at two times and 33 babies failed by using the ordinary probe. The total healing rate was 56. 6%. Conclusions Improved Lachrymal probe is an effective, safe and sim-ple instrument in treating babies with dacryocystisis.更多还原
