【摘要】 目的 了解复发性肾病综合征(Nephrotic syndrome,NS)患者激素应用不依从情况。方法 采用自编复发性NS激素应用依从性情况调查表,然后对127例复发性NS患者的激素依从性情况进行调查。结果 有48例患者未能按医嘱规定服用皮质激素。占被调查人数37.8％。结论 年龄、文化程度以及患者对激素应用的知晓度是影响激素不依从的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the compliance of corticoid in patients with relapsing nephrit-ic syndrome (NS). Methods Questionnaire about corticoid using compliance in patients with relapsing NS was designed. The corticoid usage compliance in 127 patients with relapsing NS was investigated by this self-made questionnaire. Results 48 patients (37. 8%) in this study could not take the medicine ac-cording to physician’s order. Conclosions Age degree of education and the knowledge about the level of understanding using corticoid are the main factors affecting the compliance of corticoid.更多还原
