【摘要】 目的　探讨母婴同床与分床对新生儿生长发育的影响。方法　随机选择无高危因素的足月顺产婴儿 6 0例 ,母婴同床、分床各 30例 ,观察出生时、出生后 5天及 1月新生儿身高、体重、头围。结果　两组新生儿体格发育出生时无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,出生后 5天及 1月差异具有显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。结论　母婴同室更有利于新生儿生长发育更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the influence of mother and neonate lying in same or different bed on the growth devlopment of neonate. Methods By random,60 cases of full term neonates without disease were divided into two groups, mother and neonate lying in the same group (n=30)and lying in different group (n=30). Then the body height, body weight and head circumference were observed. Results There were no significant differences between two groups in birth growth development. But there were significant differences between two groups in 5 days and one month postnatal growth (P<0.05).Conclusions Mother and neonate lying in same bed can improve the growth of neonates.更多还原
