【摘要】 目的　用两种不同透析方式 ,对维持性透析患者进行效果比较 ,以观察透析疗效。方法　对 30例维持性血液透析患者 ,每周透析 3次 ,每次 4小时 ,采用随机交叉方法 ,使 30例患者均接受低温 (35℃ )及常温 (37℃ )透析 ,所用器材不变 ,透析次数、时间、血液流速不变。观察日监测患者Cr、BUN ,动态监测患者血压及各种不适。结果　低温透析 4 0 0例次 ,症状性低血压及其他并发症比常温透析发生少。结论　低温透析可减少并发症的发生 ,提高透析顺应性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the curative effects of two different kinds of dialysis, and study the nursing.Methods 30 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis received low temperature dialysis (35℃) and normal temperature dialysis(37℃) respectively by random across method, three times a week and four hours every day. The dialysis time, times, material and blood speed are same. During dialysis period, Cr and BUN were detected, and monitored the dynamic blood pressure and all binds of unwell.Results Symptomatic hypotension and other complications were very fewer in 400 low temperature dialysis than those in normal temperature dialysis.Conclusions Low temperature can reduce complications, and raise dialysis adaptability.更多还原
