【Abstract】 The personnel training modes formed in the period of planned economic system could no longer meet the needs of the society to the higher education graduates. Therefore the training modes are bound to change. It is proper and practical to guide our personnel training transformation with viewpoints of market-orientation, comprehensive competence, capability emphasis and individual quality.
