【Abstract】 From "Zhongce Case" to "Beil Case", from Alcatel acquiring Shanghai bell to Greencool merging Kelong, all these cases indicate that merging and acquiring Chinese State-owned enterprises has become a hotspot for foreign direct investors. Stated-owned enterprises reform is the most important thing in our economy reform and development, though Stated-owned enterprises reform faces many difficulties and restricts. The author thinks making use of foreign investors’ merger and acquisition to accelerate the Stated-owned enterprises reform is one of effective ways.更多还原
