【摘要】 在世界经济一体化的今天,一国金融市场的对外开放已成为不可避免的趋势。作为一个发展中的大国,我国也走过了经常账户完全自由兑换和资本账户部分可兑换的历程。但是,变化莫测的国际政治经济形势、无孔不入的巨额国际游资,都给开放资本账户的国家,尤其是发展中国家,带来了巨大的风险。如何在维持和扩大国际经济交流和合作的同时,避免外汇和汇率风险,是一国国际经济研究领域中重要的课题。本文试图为加入世贸组织的中国提出几点政策建议。更多还原
