【摘要】 为了满足组建PXI自动测试系统中对数据采集模块的需求.依据PXI总线规范,采用PCI9030,CPLD,TLC4541,ADC和DSP芯片,研究了PXI总线数据采集模块的结构,设计并实现了PXI总线接口和数据采集功能.实验表明,此模块具有16位分辨率,具有200 ksps采样率并且运行稳定.更多还原

【Abstract】 To meet the needs of data acquisition module that set up automatic test system based on PXI. according to PXI bus specification, the architecture of data acquisition module on PXI bus is studied. The PXI interface and data acquisition function are designed and realized by using a PCI 9030, a CPLD, a TLC4541 ADC and a DSP chips. It has been proved by test that the module has 16bit resolution rate, 200kpsp sampling rate and running stable.更多还原
