【Abstract】 In the light of the managerial problems existing in the present railway supplying water station departments and in according to the practice on the spot,this article puts forward discributed management system which consists of advanced high PC and lower level PC, realize tranfermation of data in real time, thus get the aim of effective supervisor and control.
