六位半数字多用表VXI模块的设计
The Design of High-speed and High-accuracy VXI Bus Modular DMM
【摘要】 依据∑-△模数转换器高速无迟滞、高分辨率、低噪声等特点,采用AD转换芯片LTC2440和LTC2400,设计了高速、高准确度数字多用表VXI模块,进行了误差分析,提出了运用程控校准技术修正误差.调试证明,该设计能够提高模块的测量速度及准确度,最高测量速度达到100次/秒,最小误差为0.0015%.
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of Σ-ΔDC in high -speed with no latency, high resolution and low noise, high -speed and high - accuracy VXI bus modular DMM is designed using the latest chip LTC2440 and LTC2400. Errors have been analyzed and programmable calibration has been brought forward for modifying errors. It has been debugged. The design can heighten measure speed and accuracy of the modular. The maxim measure speed is 100 times per second and the minimum error is 0.0015%.
