中碳低合金复相组织抗磨钢锤头的研制
Development and Application of Mid-carbon Low-alloying Wear -resistance Steel Hammerhead with Multi-phase
【摘要】 研制出了一种中碳低合金复相组织抗磨钢锤头,其组织为:贝氏体+马氏体+奥氏体,HRC>50,a_k>55J/cm~2,抗磨性比ZGMn13提高90%以上。
【Abstract】 A kind of mid -carbon low -alloying wear - resistance steel hammerhead with multi-phase is developed, the multi-phase including bainite, martensite and austenite. Its hardenss is HRC>50 and impact toughness is ak>55 J/cm2. At the same time, abrasion resistance of this multi-phases increase 90 percent compare with ZGMn13.
