【摘要】 目的 :探讨脑卒中患者院内感染因素 ,有效地控制院内感染的发生 ,减少并发症。方法 :对 12 0例脑卒中患者住院期间有关院内感染的资料进行回顾性调查 ,登记记录 ,综合分析。结果 :2 5例患者发生了 32例次院内感染 ,其主要因素与昏迷、卧床、住院时间长、各种侵袭性操作及抗生素的广泛使用有关。结论 :健全预防院内感染的制度和措施、重视医护人员手的消毒、加强病房管理、做好基础护理、严格无菌操作、合理应用抗生素、改善营养状况等措施可有效地减少院内感染的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of the study was to examine the factors related to infection in hospital among the in-patients with brain stroke, to control infection effectively, and to reduce the rate of complications. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the infection in hospital of 120 cases with brain stroke was used. Results: Twenty-five patients experienced infection and 32 time of infection occurred in hospital. The infections were mainly associated with coma, bad rest, longer hospital stay, all kinds of invasive operations and the abuse of antibiotics. Conclusion: Infections in hospital might be reduced effectively by improving regulation and measure of prevention, emphasizing sterilization of hands of hospital staff, strengthening ward administration and basic nursing, strictly operating, using antibiotic correctly and promoting nutrition.更多还原
