【摘要】 根据环境化学和环境保护的新近资料,综述了臭氧在整个大气环境中的两种主要存在和转化形式,讨论了臭氧化学的主要反应以及相应的环保对策。对于高空平流层中的臭氧层—屏蔽太阳光紫外线的滤网,应予充分的保护,以防止臭氧洞的发生和扩大,减少太阳光紫外线对人类皮肤的辐射。对于大气近地层中的臭氧—人类活动的二次污染物及光化学烟雾中的主要毒物,则应给予有效的控制,为此应对近地层臭氧的前兆物质NOx及活性有机化合物进行切实的检测和可靠的限制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ozone control policy is discussed from the point of view of ozone chemistry and environmental protection and in terms of the two major existential forms of ozone and their transformation. Two strategies are presented for ozone control. The one strategy is the protection of the ozone layer in the middle stratosphere (20 - 30 km high). The ozone layer protection will depends on international cooperation. The other is the protection from the photochemical smog due to ozone occurrence in the lower troposphere. Reliable measurements and solid statistics are prerequisites for more effective ozone control.更多还原
