Li4Ti5O12纳米粉体及多孔薄膜电极的制备

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Li4Ti5O12纳米粉体,同时研究了溶液初始pH值、络合剂用量、溶剂及焙烧温度等条件对Li4Ti5O12纳米粉纯度的影响。X射线衍射实验表明,所得粉体为尖晶石结构的Li4Ti5O12复合氧化物。采用X射线衍射线宽法测定700℃焙烧的粉体粒径为26.8m左右。通过浸渍提拉法得到Li4Ti5O12多孔薄膜电极,扫描电子显微镜测得薄膜电极的平均厚度为25.2μm。

【Abstract】 Li4Ti3O12 nanoparticles are prepared by means of Sol -Gel method. The effects of the initial pH value of the solution, the amount of the used complexing agent, the different solvents, and the calcining temperature on the purity of the obtained materials are also discussed. The X -ray analyses indicate that the obtained powder is pure Li4Ti5O12 composite oxide with spinelle structure. The size of synthesized particle at 700℃ is determined to be about 26.8 nm by means of X -ray technology. Furthermore, the average thickness of the film electrode prepared by dipping method is determined to be about 25.2um by SEM technology.
