大庆油田微生物采油代谢成分对比分析的研究
A comparative composition analysis of microbial degradation of crude oil of Daqing oil fields
【摘要】 从大庆油田采油污水中分离出一种菌株,进行了实验室配伍试验和室内驱油模拟试验。建立了一种新的乙醇-氢氧化钠-正己烷萃取剂体系,直接对原油中极性化合物进行了提取分离,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用等方法对微生物降解前、后原油中的极性化学成分进行了分析测定。结果表明,该菌种具有较强的降解原油的能力。
【Abstract】 One bacterium is isolated from Daqing oil fields and is employed in indoor simulating test to degrade crude oil. A special extraction reagent - C2H5OH/NaOH/n-C6H14 is applied in the extraction process of the polar compounds of crude oil and biodegradation crude oil. The composition are respectively determined by GC -MS. The test results show that the bacterium can degrade crude oil effectively.
