【摘要】 对低温活性好、抗硫能力强、机械强度高、热稳定性好、使用寿命长的 FBD变换催化剂进行了本征动力学研究。采用等温积分反应器 ,在 3 0 0~ 460°C、0 .8~ 2 .8MPa、空速 70 0 0~ 90 0 0h- 1 的条件下 ,测定了反应器出口气相各组分浓度。建立了幂指数形式的动力学方程 ,获得了反应的活化能及指前因子 ,该模型的计算值与实验值吻合良好

【Abstract】 The intrinsic kinetics of FBD shift reaction catalyst is studied in this paper. An isothermal integral tubular reactor is employed to get experimental data. The concentration of reactant gas at the reactor exit is analyzed by gas chromatography under the reaction conditions of temperature 300~460 °C , pressure 0.8~2.8 MPa, and space velocity 7 000~9 000 h -1 . The intrinsic kinetics model taking the form of power law type is built, and the activation energy and pre exponential factor are obtained from the experimental data. The results show that the experimental data agree well with calculated data from the kinetics model.
