【摘要】 目的 :比较不同手术方法治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 :对 69例 ( 78眼 )原发鼻侧状胬肉分别行显微镜下胬肉切除术 ( 2 0例 2 4眼 ) ;联合羊膜移植术 ( 2 5例 2 8眼 ) ;联合自体带角膜缘上皮细胞结膜瓣移植术 ( 2 4例 2 6眼 )的治疗进行临床疗效观察 ,分析其结果。结果 :术后角膜刺激症状的消失 ,角膜上皮愈合 ,减少角膜云翳形成及降低复发率方面 (随访 6— 2 0月 )带角膜缘上皮细胞结膜瓣显著优于另两种术式。结论 :羊膜移植术和角膜缘上皮移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉 ,可以促进创面愈合、降低复发 ,尤以带角膜缘上皮细胞结膜瓣移植疗效更佳 ,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the clinical effects of different operation of pterygium.Methods:69 case (78eyes) primary pterygium.20 cases (24eyes) were by pterygia excise,25 case (28eyes) treated by pterygia excise combild amniotic membrane rtansplant,24cases (26eyes) were transplanted by anto-congunctiva graft with cormeal limbus epithelium.All operation were performed under microscopy.Then,observe the effects after-operation analysis the results.Results:The auto-comeal limbus epithelium conjunctira graft is the better method other two prom theaspect of stinmlus of comeal epithelium,nebnlar formations and recuwent rate.Conclusion:Amniotic membrone transplant and auto-congunctiva with comeal epithelium transplant could accelerate the healing of epithelium and decrease the recrudesce rate The auto-congunctiva graft with epithelium of corneal limbus transplant is the suggested operation更多还原
