板料拉深坯料形状优化设计
Blank Shape Optimization for Deep Drawing
【摘要】 采用基于坯料形状变化灵敏度分析的方法 ,自行开发坯料形状优化计算程序 ,并利用LS -DYNA3D软件进行模拟计算 ,确定非轴对称拉深件成形时坯料的最优形状 ,可经较少的迭代次数取得比较满意的计算结果
【Abstract】 In this paper a systematic method based on shape sensitivity analysis is proposed and the calculation program for optimizing blank shape for deep-drawing is developed.And the simulation calculation is carried out by using LS-DYNA3D software,the optimum blank shape for non-axisymmetric deep drawing is defined with a few times of iteration.
