功能梯度热障涂层材料断裂参数的求解

【摘要】 功能梯度热障涂层 (GTBC)材料界面裂纹导致涂层剥落是TBC失效的一个重要模式。介绍了MARC有限元软件提供的Delorenzi方法可以在不受涂层界面不均匀性限制的情况下 ,计算出结构的应变能变化 ,最终计算出GTBC界面裂纹的J积分。

【Abstract】 The peeling of the functional gradient thermal barrier coating is analyzed. And the temperature distribution on the functional gradient material is obtained with the finite element method.
