某涡喷发动机防喘盒检测仪的研制

【摘要】 某涡喷发动机防喘盒检测仪用于该型发动机防喘盒检修时的内部电路故障检测和整机性能调试。该仪器的检测原理为:检测仪模拟发动机,当防喘系统工作时,向防喘盒发出激励信号。通过接收、检测、分析和判断防喘盒产生的响应信号,来达到检测防喘盒的目的。本文介绍了该仪器的硬件组成、软件方案、工作过程以及电磁兼容方面的设计等。

【Abstract】 A testing instrument is described for the box against pant of some turbojet engine used for checking the breakdown within the electric circuit and for adjusting the whole machine functions,while the box against pant is being examined. Some stimulating signals, which are similar to that of the engines,are sent to the box against pant by the testing instrument,then some respondent signals are produced by the box. We receive, check and analyze these respondent signals in order to judge whether the box against pant runs in right order. This paper introduces the system function,the constitution,the working principle and its working process.
