金属橡胶外环自适应式挤压油膜阻尼器实验研究

【摘要】 为改善挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)油膜力高度非线性的不足,提出了一种新型的金属橡胶外环自适应式挤压油膜阻尼器(ASFD/MRR),利用金属橡胶(MR)的弹性变形来调整油膜间隙,与SFD相比,ASFD/MRR能明显抑制双稳态跳跃等非线性振动现象的发生,具有良好的减振性能。

【Abstract】 In this thesis an advanced Adaptive Squeeze Film Damper with Metal Rubber outerRing (ASFD/MRR) is designed to improve high nonlinearity of oil film force in conventional Squeeze Film Damper (SFD).It has optimal effect of reducing vibration because it can automatically adjust the film clearance by elastic deformation of the metal rubber.The results of experiments indicate that ASFD/MRR could control the clearance of the film,and the characteristics of oil film force of ASFD/MRR are better than these of SFD.ASFD/MRR could markedly restrain the occurrence of the nonlinear vibration phenomenon such as bistable characteristic,lockup and nonsynchronous motion and ASFD/MRR can be suitable for wider range of unbalanced level.
