Ni-Cr-Al合金Ti+Nb微合金化前后相含量及其分布对高温性能的影响
Effects of phase amount distribution on high temperature properties of a Ti + Nb micro-alloyed Ni-Cr-Al superalloy
【摘要】 研究了Ni-Cr-Al合金及其Ti+Nb微合金化+时效处理后,合金中相含量及其分布对900℃拉伸及900℃/29.5MPa持久拉神性能的影响。结果表明,微合金化后,合金中 y’及M23C6相总量增加;其900℃抗拉强度和900℃/29.5MPa持久寿命相应增加;晶界上MN相含量的增加以及M23C6相含量的减少有利于合金高温抗拉强度和持久寿命的提高。
【Abstract】 The effects of phase amount distribution on high temperature properties were investigated on a Ni-Cr-Al base superalloy subject to Ti+ Nb micro-alloying and aging treatment. The increase in the amount of y’ and M23C6 phases correspond to the increase in 900℃-tensile strength and creep-rupture life at 900℃/29.5MPa. The increase of the amount of MN phase and the decrease of the amount of M23 C6 phase at grain boundaries benefit the increase of the tensile strength at 900℃ and creep-rupture life at900℃/29.5MPa.
