环保型镁合金阳极氧化工艺研究
Study of environment-friendly processes of the anodization for magnesium alloys
【摘要】 利用正交实验方法对AZ91D压铸镁合金环保型阳极氧化成膜工艺进行了研究。结果表明:环保型阳极氧化成膜工艺能在镁合金上形成银灰色的氧化膜层,所得膜层的综合耐蚀性能优于传统含铬工艺DOW17所成的膜;阳极化膜层的主要成分是MgO和Mg3B2O6;膜层具为多孔结构,孔径较均匀;膜层的成分和结构是影响膜层耐蚀性能的主要因素。
【Abstract】 The processes of the anodized film of environment-friendly for Mg alloys were studied by using orthogonal layout. The results show that anodized film formed by the process of the environment-friendly on Mg alloys is silvery gray color. The corrosion resistance of anodized film is better than that of conventional film formeB d by DOW17 process. The anodized film consist mainly of MgO and Mg3B2O6 . The anodized film have porous structure. The corrosion resistance of the anodized film is mainly affected by composition and structure of anodized film.
