利用现有齿轮机构传动参数预测所设计齿轮机构轮齿面磨损量
Predicting Abrasion Values on Tooth Surfaces of Designed Gearing through the Use of Transmission Parameters of Existing Gear Mechanism
【摘要】 以相互滑动的平表面磨损理论及实验研究成果为基础建立有关齿轮机构轮齿磨损简化假设,提出以现有齿轮机构的传动参数及轮齿磨损量的测试值确定所设计齿轮机构轮齿磨损常数,从而推导出一个简便的能付之实际使用的齿轮机构轮齿磨损量预测公式。
【Abstract】 On the bases of the abrasion theory and experimental results,simplification hypotheses relative to the gear tooth abrasion about flat surfaces sliding mutually are established.The method for determining the tooth abrasion constant of the designed gearing by means of transmission parameters and measured values for the abrasion on tooth of existing gear mechanism is presented.A simple and applicable formula for predicting tooth abrasion values of the designed gearing is derived.[
