【摘要】 目的:研究越桔冲剂对正常及致敏豚鼠支气管平滑肌的影响。方法:通过实验,观察越桔冲剂对磷酸组织胺引起正常豚鼠支气管收缩的影响。结果:实验证明,越桔冲剂10ml·kg^-1对磷酸组织胺致正常豚鼠支气管收缩具有对抗作用（P<0.01）。结论:越桔冲剂具有显著的平喘作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the antagonistic effect on the bronchus contrings and the antiasthma effects of Yueju Drug granules.Methods:Obseruing the effects of Yueju Drug granules.On the normal guinea pig bronchus contractions caused by histamine.The propoation crude durgs to granulate is 3:1.The quantity of drugs to the guinea pig is 6g·kg^-1.Result:In vitro,Yueju Drug granules had significant antagonistic effect on the normal bronchus slice contraction caused by histamine.Conclusion:Yueju Drug granules had antiasthmatic effect.更多还原
