【Abstract】 It is tried to increase the fermentation level by feeding CSL(corn steep liquid)dur- ing penicillin fermentation.In 5 m~3 scale semi-continuous fermentation,CSL is fed by 200L per 24 hours from log60 to logl80.Following this process,the average activity of fermentation is in- creased 2400u/ml,and the final volume is increased 1000L.The fermentation yield is increased about 9.1%.更多还原
