【摘要】 目的:建立了高效液相色谱法测定阿莫西林钠/舒巴坦钠的分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定阿莫西林钠/舒巴坦钠含量。结果:阿莫西林钠/舒巴坦钠在12～120mg.L^-1范围内线性良好（r=0.9998）,平均回收率99.9％,RSD=0.54％。结论:用外标法确定了阿莫西林钠/舒巴坦钠含量,该方法简便,重现性好,专属性强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The method of Amoxilinna Shubatanna Amoxicillin Sodium and Sulbac- tam Sodium was resolved by HPLC.Method:It can be used to determine the content of Amoxi- cillin Sodium and Sulbactam sodium,.Amoxicillin Sddium and Sulbactam sodiunm was linear by HPLC within the range of 12～120mg.L^-1（r=0.9998）,the average recoveries rate was 99.9%, RSD=0.54%.Conclusion:The results showed that a correction factor should be introduced into the equation for calculation of the percentage of Amoxilinna Shubatanna Amoxicillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium.It was simple,rapid and specific.更多还原
