【Abstract】 Objective:To develop an assay for the content of ephedrine.Methods:HPLC.The check wavelenth is 214nm,the flowage liquid is 0.01mol/L KH₂PO₄（measure with PH=2.5H₃PO₄） and water—methanol liquor（70:30）,and the C₁₈chromatogram columniation is used.Conclusion: This is a simple shortcut accurate method which can be used for determine the content of ephedrine.更多还原
