吗啡依赖大鼠镇痛及生殖功能变化的研究

【摘要】 目的 :观察吗啡依赖大鼠镇痛及生殖功能的变化。方法 :采用大鼠戒断模型 ,观察吗啡依赖大鼠下丘脑和血浆 β 内啡肽 (β EP)、结状神经节和孤束核P物质 (SP)以及血清内分泌激素的变化。 结果 :①吗啡依赖大鼠下丘脑 β EP的含量均较正常大鼠降低 ,而结状神经节和孤束核SP的含量升高 ;②吗啡依赖雌性大鼠血清FSH、E2 、PRL均低于正常对照组 ,吗啡依赖雄性大鼠睾丸酮 (T)含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :吗啡依赖大鼠下丘脑 -垂体 -肾上腺轴可能发生变化

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe changes of abirritation and generative function in morphine dependent rats. Methods: Changes of β endorphin in hypothalamus and plasm, substance P in morphine dependent rats were detected. Results: ①The level of β endorphin hypothalamus of addicted rats was obviously reduced, compared with that in the normal rats. The level of substance P in ganglion nodosum and nucleus tractus solitarii in addicted rats was obviously increased, compared with that in the normal rats. ②The levels of FSH, E 2 and PRL in addicted rats was obviously reduced, compared with those in the normal rats. The level of testosterone in addicted rats was obviously reduced, compared with that in the normal rats. Conclusion: There may be changes in the axis of hypothalamus pituitary adrenal gland in morphine dependent rats.
