【Abstract】 With the development of industry and agriculture,more and more species of toxic organic pollutants come out,which makes environment worse and worse,so it is specially important to study the toxicity of toxic organic pollu-tants.Daphnia is a bridge in the aquatic ecosystem food web,so it is valuable to test the toxicity of chemicals with Daphnia magna as target.The domestic and foreign study progress of the toxicity test of organic pollutants with Daphnia magna in recent years were summarized in this paper,including toxic effects,biomarkers and the factors associated with its toxicity.更多还原
